I had some rattling going on this weekend, and on way in a screw on the front came out. Had to get a new one at a HW store, and when putting it in I found that about a third of the screws on the bimini (and attachment to tower) were loose. Tightened them all up with a bit of blue locktite.

Use locktite, or kiss your nuts goodbye!

Good advice. No one wants to lose their nuts!

Had a screw fall out of mine the other weekend. Ended up with the wind catching it and pulling opposite side mount out of the tower. I replaced all the screws with new bolts and nylon locking washers.
