I think lee will do mail order if there's $$ involved. He's a frequent poster on this board. Send him a PM.

      Cool.....

I need a chrome trim ringed Taps gauge with the white face. I think it's Faria body. I also need to know what type of connections are on those to see if it will mate up or if I am going to need to engineer something else. I have a 97 with an electic pump, and throttle mounted switch. I contacted 3 dealers so far via internet forms and have not gotten a single response.

Randy O’Malia, the Northeast Sales Manager took over the problem right away. He has contacted me more in 3 days than the dealer has in 2 months. Amazingly, as soon as Randy became involved, I get an email from Where-rena saying my bimini will be shipped tomorrow. My thanks to Randy and Tige. He said he would take care of it and he did. Cant ask for more than that.

Glad to hear it. I was out on Lake Jorden for the first time, in June, nice lake. Hope to get up there one more time before the end of the season.

Well.... its now October and I still dont have a bimini on my boat or all of the warranty parts. Was sent a bimini that was the wrong color with no mounting hardware. The mounting hardware came but was not complete. Now I have the correct color top but am waiting on the rest of the hardware to mount it. Still no courtesy lights or speaker parts that were to be replaced under warranty. Apparently Where-rena is no longer a Tige dealer so I guess I will start over with another dealer.

Lee is awesome. I just ordered some parts from him and he quickly got them shipped off in time for my next trip. Thanks Lee! Thanks for the recommendation Dog.

ProMarine in Burlington is going to be the NC Tige dealer. Thats on I-40 between Greensboro and Raleigh. Quite a bit closer to me thankfully. Where do you normally boat?

                          Don't blame TIGE

Guys, I have found that the dealer means everything. TIGE takes care of business. But the dealer tends to drop the ball a lot and blame the manufacture. I love my boat and options I have on it and I love the support TIGE has given me to take care of issues. Right now my boat is back at the dealer having work done on it and I am going to hope and think very positive that they will get it fixed right and take care of all my issues. I hope I will be able to start a new thread once it is done talking about a negative experiance that turned positive.

Just read the e-mail reply from Randy. Burlington is about 2 hours from me, i'm west of Charlotte. 6 or 1/2 dozon between there and Anderson SC. I can get competent service and be treated w/ some respect, it will be worth the drive. Randy said he is working on a Charlotte replacement.

We spend 90% of our time on the south end of Wylie, only 20 min from driveway to ramp. We went out on Jordan for the first time this Summer (my sisters both live in Holly Springs) Beautiful lake, hope to get up there more next year.

I now have a bimini on the boat. Andrew has sent enough parts to mount a couple of them. Had to cut the tubing to get the dimensions to work out. All is good now. Looking forward to next summer.
