    Where are my parts??

    I bought a new 21i in July at Where rena Boatland in NC. It didnt have a bimini so I ordered one from Tige the day we bought it. Been asking the dealer every week or so where the top is and have gotten a number of stories about why it hasnt shown up. Just talked to Jeff (manager) who says they are on a 'parts hold' with Tige stemming from some warranty payment problems. Because of this, Tige isnt shipping any parts to them and I cant get the bimini that I have already paid for!!! They also owe me some warranty parts as well. Can any of the Tige people monitoring this site help out?? I just want the bimini that I have already paid for. Any help would be appreciated. By the way, we love the boat.... about 45 hrs. already. Just need a top.

    You might want to call Andrew direct, he usually gets this sort of thing straightend out pretty quick.

    I'll see if I can find his #.

            It seems like North Carolina has not had good luck with Tige dealers. I bought my 2003 22v in North Carolina and the dealer was not very good, in fact he is now out of business.

            I have since moved to Washington state and hope the service is better here.

              I agree with Matt, call Lee in parts. He expedited a hatch skin for me and I received it within 2 weeks of the day I ordered it, which included shipping time.

                can you cancel your order and get your money back....I would give mine to someone else if you are getting that kinda service.

                  Andrew's number is 325-676-7777, good luck. We are still waiting on a replacement skin from when our boat was delivered in April, it had some yellow stain on it........still waiting. Come on Tige, pull your head out!!!

                      The hold up is definitly the dealer. They had my broken board racks for 8 weeks. After waiting a month for a new accu-set (that they didn't even order) to come in, the Tech just took one on off a new boat on the lot and gave it to me.

                      scottcarlye, there is supposed to be a new Tige dealer in Raleigh. closer to you, still to far for me.

                        I have done some checking on your bimini and the boat was not ordered with a bimini and we do not show an order being placed for one either. I have talked to the Product Manager and he will be getting with the dealership and find out what has happened. Randy was going to contact you also. I will try to stay on top of this and assist where I can.

                            Where can we get a list of dealers? I have been unsuccessful in getting some parts as well, and if I can find one that will do mail order, I will use them.
