I grew up just down the canyon from Pine View. I never had a boat growing up, my most vivid memory of Pine View was when a girl from the rival high school invited me to go waterskiing. I got up OK, but the faceplant that ensued 45 seconds later made her laugh hysterically for 5 minutes. I didn't see the humor in it. Now I find myself laughing hysterically when people faceplant.

Larry, I took a date up to pineview my freshman year in college. I thought I was a pretty good skier and was going to show off a bit. Got done with my run and then she pulls out her own custom ski from the bag with her name custom printed all along the bottom. Game over. Same hit to the pride.
