Thanks! Here's a teaser shot from last nights work. I've just used Meguires Diamond cut lightly with a buffer so far, no swirl remover or wax yet. I think it'll look like new when done.

The only problem is that all the graphics were removed and Tige' no longer carries the originals anymore so I'll have to put on later logos or something.

That's looking nice indeed... Actually, getting the new graphics might be a blessing in disguise...it's always fun to update the look of your boat with some new graphics... You can go from classic to as wild as you please!!! Congrats again...wrangler

FYI I just got all my logos redone with a better looking wave and a little larger logo for under $150, including outlined hull ID.

and this on the rear instead of "performance watersport towboat"

Let me know if you are interested, and I will give you his info. He already has these ready to cut from when he made mine. BTW I have a 97 open bow, pretty much same boat, and I haven't had time to polish my gelcoat yet. I gave twice as much for mine though. 5k is an awesome deal.

I do have a good tip to keep that shine. I bought the Macguire's after wash car wax that I spray on my boat when I take it out of the water. It's made to go on your car right after you wash it and it is still wet. A little goes a long ways. It works great in keeping the shine and doesn't strip the wax off like vinegar water.

Ray Leone. I have his info from the custom truck scene.

Tell him Steve with the Tige boat sent you. The waves aren't really a redesign. Tige went to that style around '99 I think. The size that is listed on there allows me to place them onto my secondary and tertiary colors so it will flow with the gelcoat coloring. Your stripes are the same color, mine are teal and purple. My teal stripe is on top, so the outline will flow out of that on my boat.

On my gelcoat, I went to go to a little bit heavier polish than a Diamond cut or a Finesse it. I had to drop to 3M Marine Superduty. I had a heavy line on the waterline. The lighter polishes would not cut it.

5K is a great price. I just sold our 96' 2002FSLM for 12K and a friend sold his 94 2000SLM for 10K. Both went to the first people who looked. It is one of the best slalom boats built. The hull came out of the Fineline factory beforeTige was making thier own but Charlie Pigeon managed production. Nothing will handle better. We loved ours but needed a bit more wake. Enjoy.

We were out on Lake Austin yesterday and there were a considerable number of the "pure" ski boats out. Many were skiing, but they were also pulling tubers and wakeboarders.
