My 2016 Z3 had bad tower speaker static when I got it. I adjusted the gain via the amp gain and the static went away. Kinda weird that the tower speakers just quit working. I doubt it’s anything to do with the touchpad as everything is externally controlled via head unit and WS420. Stereo works just fine without the touchpad even being on. I’d look for a lose wire or fuse in regards to your tower speakers.

So I went the whole summer trouble free by starting the engine before turning on the screen. They did the most up to date firmware when I took it in for winterizing and they said it should have fixed the problem. They also replaced the rams again at that time the replacement ones they put on were on the recall list. I am taking it out tomorrow so we shall see! I know the O2 sense took a crap but I will take it next week to get that fixed.

I just got my 2016 RZX back from shop and all 3 of the actuators were bad and replaced. The dealership told me that Tige has had problems with a specific actuator leaking water into
it causing it to stop working. Tige is now using a different actuator and haven't had any problems yet. Took the boat out twice already and it works beautifully so I'm hoping the problem
is fixed for good.

It would geek out the system and my taps 3 wouldn't function. So I went all last summer starting the engine then turning on the screen. They said the latest firmware update they did when they winterized should have fixed the problem. They also switched out the rams again because the ones that they replaced the originals were also on the recall list. But first time out this year the goofy side would not clean up so I stood on the swim step and felt that the rams was not moving on that side so the boat is at the shop getting a new taps 3 system on it. Hopefully I will have it for the rare hot day we are going to have this Sunday.
