I have seen a z1 surf xl bag and a z3 surf xl bag. They aren't the same Mike when I was digging bags out of a safe box we had lying around. The z1 bag from what I could see was smaller in the belly and had a shorter leg up the side of the boat.

I wasnt sure as the PDF design from Tige did not specify what model boat they went in. Based on the dimensions, the sac was nearly the same as the Fly High W005. However, this was back in 2015 when they were transitioning from the Pro and surf designations to the XL ballast.
