Wakeboard Rack Part Needed - 2012 Z3

I've tried multiple avenues to either buy this part or have it fabricated and I can't seem to get it done. It's part of the latching mechanism of one of the wakeboard rack forks. Someone pushed it too tight and snapped this piece. Any ideas on how I could get a replacement? If you trace the part and take the tracing to a company that laser cuts stainless steel or plasma cuts aluminium, they should be able to follow the tracing.
They may just need to add to the drawing the teeth

Why not just weld it back together?

Thanks, can't weld it back together because of the tight tolerance where it does through that other metal piece. The $125 option is the wrong side of the rack unfortunately, but that was close.... if I don't find another option I could buy that one and take out that part. I haven't found a company locally yet that can do the laser cuts.

It can be welded with out changing dimensions. I'd look into it.
