I guess out of kindness we haven't even assaulted the fact that there is a guy STANDING ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOAT HOLDING ONTO THE TOWER!!!
I can just see the driver explaining that one to the H2O officer... We you see sir, that particular young man had way too many burritos last night and we were truly afraid that he might do damage to the hull of the boat if he were to sit inside, putting the remainder of the passengers in grave danger... Here's your sign...and your ticket!
