Thanks, Matt. Looks really good. I can't wait to see one in person.
Minor point . . . I noticed the fiberglass swim step has the 1-2 inch fiberglass edging on top and a fiberglass strip down the middle. That's like the step on my 24V. I was on zany's 24Ve this weekend, and his has the rubber pad all the way to the edge and no break in the middle. I never thought much of it until this weekend, when I had a few people (including me) slip on the middle strip and the edging. If it was just me, I could chalk it up to being a clutz. Plus, it scratches. Minor difference, but I like the step covered entirely by the pad.
OK, where are the teak guys with the I told you so's . . . .
The ballast is completely in the back of the transom, where the batteries used to be, and completely hidden. It's as far back as you can get. I'm hoping this has a more dramatic effect on the wake than being spread throughout the bottom of the rear compartment. My concern about that is, where are they putting the batteries and other equip that was hidden before?
I love that new tower, but it is going to be roughly a 2k upg.
The storage is awesome, It's open from the bow all the way back to the rear seats, on the Port side. No dividers, at all. If you dunk the bow, expect to get water all the way back... of course you aren't supposed to be able to submerge this one
Here's what I'm thinking about. Thoughts? Oh yeah, imagine that platform is Teak
I finally got to see one.I have a 20v and this boat is only 2 feet longer but it looks HUGE!! Did not have a tower. It was black and white hope these pics come out
