Alloy Marine - Swim Platform Brackets

I've heard Alloy Marine is great to work with. I sent in my swim platform brackets for them to get the best match to send back to me (even got an email response when I sent the tracking number). That was over a month ago, and after multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails, I have not heard back. An acknowledgement and expected completion date is all I'm asking. Any input what to do and what Plan B might be?

Only 8 more Fridays until I can get my boat!
