I wish I had the 12' so I didn't have to mess with the tower either, but it wouldn't have worked with my floorplan. I will probably have to build another garage anyway and I can guarantee you it will have stall with a taller door.

After my experience with my previous builder, I think I may give Original Wing Nut a call (if he'll do house calls in Texas).
We're getting ramped up to build a new house, and its funny all the plans that I like have a Pull through "RV" garage!

    Either that, or I'm building 50' X50' X16' Workshop

Here's an easy (and cheaper) fix: Get a cheap air compressor. When you put the boat in the garage, let the air out of the tires. Then, use the compressor to fill them up again when you go back out.

That's awefully hard on your tires.

          Is the driveway finished?

I measured mine 20 times and was sure it wouldn't fit, but my driveway slopes uphill into my garage, which makes the nose sit lower and allows the boat to fit. If it was level, it wouldn't clear. Have you tried smaller tires? I think I have 185 75s on mine
