Fresh Air Exhaust (FAE)...any interest in another GROUP buy this month?

I just took my z3 out this weekend for the first run of the season at Lake Cypress Springs. The new FAE was really great. Noise levels are noticeably reduced and there was no apparent reduction of power.

No more fumes and it makes talking underway effortless because of the reduced noise. Your stereo will also seem like it's 10x better because of this. Easy to install with basic tools. Best money I've spent on upgrading my boat IMO. Here's mine on my 2007 22VE

What do the arms coming up from the FAE install to?

Help me understand the FAE, I've asked a few people at my lake and I've gotten mixed feelings about them. I have a '14 RZ2 w/VX, I now use aprox 2800lbs of weight (no longer list the boat as I have both rears filled) and I use the Mission Delta but do notice more fumes.

a) is this what a FAE is for to get rid of the fumes?
b) how does it affect the wave with my set-up
c) is it easy to install
d) what other features/benifits are there with a FAE? And what are the downsides?

In my opinion, FAE is probably one of the best things I have done to the boat. The amount of engine noise that gets reduced is incredible. If I were to ever get another boat, FAE would be the first thing I would buy. I would say the best feature is the decrease noise, getting rid of the fumes is a nice extra. I found no difference to the wave, or performance at all. I opted to go with the brackets that mount to the taps plate, which made the install a tad more complicted than a swim platform mount. I have to take the swim platform off to fit into my garage so that option was the way to go.

What do the arms coming up from the FAE install to?

On mine they attach to a bar that runs from one swim platform bracket to the other bracket, my guess is to just provide additional support.

Guys...I am VERY sorry. I had a family emergency earlier this week and it is going to take me away for an extended period. I feel really bad about this, since I am the one that started this thread and was gonna spearhead making the deal happen with freshairexhaust.com. I only spoke to them once at the beginning...told them I thought we could get 5-10 people together and since its a slow time of year and since the just ran a "winter special" of $75 off....that I would like to set up a group buy for us. They seemed very receptive and said to call back when I had the count and commitments so it was very informal, but I am positive it can be done.
Is there someone here that can take this over and run with it since I will be gone for several weeks at least? I don't want everyone else to lose out cause of something that happened to me. Their phone number is 512-647-7321. The way the did it last time was set up a "discount code" so when you ordered online you entered the code and that is how you got the discount. My thoughts were to ask them to make the discount code good for a 3-5 day period (like next week or the following week).
Again, VERY sorry....I hope one of you guys is willing to take this over and make it happen for the others. Looks like at least 5, maybe 6 people so far that are in on this. I assume they may ask for names and email addresses to confirm its a genuine group buy and not one person trying to score a deal by feeding a line of S&%t, so you may want to collect that somehow from each other or to the person who will take point...my plan was to give out my email so each person could shoot ever their general info like name, email, year/make/model of boat.

Just spoke with Christina at FAE and she will be getting back in contact with me the early part of next week on when our group buy date will run. She will be checking with the production team and putting together some date that will fit their schedule. Once I find something more out, I will be sure to let everyone know as soon as possible.

If anyone can help me out, please PM me when this becomes available. I have missed out on 2 FAE deals this off-season. I have the measurements, pictures...all ready to go. My work travel has really left me unfocused on our boat.
