are either of the morning times, 9-10 or 10-11 still available for demoing the 18 rzx2? there will be 2 of us. we both want to try surfing 1 regular 1 goofy and if possible I'd really like to try skiing since I keep hearing mixed reviews about the skiability behind "newer" boats

Still doing koozie and bottle orders. We have a different koozie that is skinnier and better insulated. Please see the picture as well as the current orders I have received thus far. Remember it is buy 3 get 1 free... you can mix bottle and koozies in that deal... the bottles are still blue from what can tell. Will update if that changes.

Brief Talk with Germaine and working out the DEMO Boats. I can confirm that there will be at least 2 Demo boats. But we are still working details out as Germaine is selling boats like crazy we have to keep an open schedule because they keep selling our demo's

These boats will be open for DEMO times, however this year Germaine has requested to do a reservation/sign-up for demos. This is a great idea, if you are either interested in upgrading or just looking to see what the new Tige's can do it will give you the opportunity to be out with Germaine Representatives to answer any questions you may have or just hang out with our local Dealer. So here is what Germaine is requesting and I will be handing the list to Germaine on Friday Night.

REQUEST:

As we are quickly approaching the event and down to just a few weeks away now, I/we need to start finalizing details. Here is where we are:

1. Shirts-As I am sure everyone is aware by now the T-Shirt orders are closed and have gone out for printing. Payment options are listed above via paypal or at the event, its your choice doesn't matter either way just know that we cannot take credit cards at the event for shirts.
2. Sponsors- We lost a few in process of confirmation after we were given verbal approval. Its frustrating for us since we advertise for these companies and loose them literally a month before the event. That being said we have roughly 50 sponsors this year, consider we have roughly 25 Tige boats in attendance.
3. Food- Again the food is being sponsored by Germaine and will be at no cost to owners. I requested a food allergy/sensitivity list and got no responses, so I am going with everyone has no food issues.
4. Tables/Chairs- For those that have attended in the past you are aware there is very minimal table seating (5 tables if memory serves). In the past we have had owners bring their own chairs to the reunion dinner and we are requesting the same this year, so please bring your own chairs.
5. Drones- TeamAllen has been kind enough the last 2 years to do our drone footage and requesting he do this for us again this year. That being said, if you have a drone feel free to bring that out as well. We will be creating a dropbox for event photos so everyone can enjoy the pictures.
6. Stereo/Microphone- Used to play music throughout the dinner, as well as so we don't have to yell for the entire event.
7. Arrival Dates- This is not super important as this is everyone vacation, but it does help us to ensure that everyone in the party makes it there safe and back to the dock safe after the weekend. Dave, Myself, Jason, and our better halves will all be at Temple as early as Wednesday.
8. FRIDAY NIGHT- THIS IS IMPORTANT!! Last year was the first year we did a Friday night kick-off before early Saturday morning sessions start. This worked out great and was an opportunity to do shirts, demo product handouts, meet and greets, and have a few refreshing beverages and hang out. We are requesting to do that same thing this year. As we have significantly more demo products available this year we want to make sure that we can get it out for everyone to use. So...Meeting location will be in front of my room at 8:00 PM. Desert View Side of the Motel.

So with those updates and works in progress, here is what we need from you guys:
1. Confirmed Drone Operator (TeamAllen, GIL, Elevated Concepts)
2. Tables if anyone has any, both for food prep, as well as somewhere to put about 2000lbs worth sponsor stuff (that's not an exaggeration)!
3. Volunteers to help prep the event area before dinner (usually a great time for the kids to come help out)
4. Anyone have an old Kareokee (spelling) machine or something like that? I will bring extension chords.

Timeline of Events and Information

General Information- Most owners have VHF Radio’s. If you have one, the event channel will be 5. Please stay OFF of channels 9 & 16 for general communication unless declaring an emergency. There is A LOT of water out there, find your spot and have a good time no need to crowd the main harbor which is primarily used by the demo boats. We recommend people go north for the best water and the most space between boats.
Friday- Owner Arrivals, Meet and Greets, Demo Board Presentations, SURF System Demo’s, Demo Rules and Process, Coordinator Introductions at 8:00 p.m.
- Parking Lot (Desert Side) of the Temple Bar Marina
- Germaine Marine Demo Boats on Trailer and Demo Sign-Ups
- Event T-Shirt Pick-Up
- Boards/Surf Systems/Mission Reef Pad
- All Demo products MUST be returned nightly to Brad/Dave/or Board manufacturer’s representatives. Room numbers will be provided unless told otherwise from above personnel.
- PLEASE - No hoarding of Demo Products. Demo as long as needed and pass to another owner to demo.
- Please be careful when handling boards and passing between boats.
- All Boards and Surf Systems must be returned to Brad/Dave/ or Board manufacturer’s representatives NLT 5:00 p.m. on Saturday for Raffle.
- We understand that products break, it happens please just let us know so we can provide that feedback back to the company.
Saturday- Owners/Family/Friends Tige Boats Picture. Large boat tie off in front of Temple Rock just outside the Harbor will take place at 12:00 p.m.
- Please be courteous. Have your bumpers/buoys ready for tie off in advance. We don’t want any accidents.
- PLEASE Watch your speed and wake on approach there will be people/kids in the water.
Once again, please ensure that boards/Surf Systems are returned to Dave/Brad NLT 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. We (coordinators) will need to prepare for the raffle. Dinner begins at 5:00 p.m. under the overhang just below the desert facing rooms closest to the water. The dinner will be provided by Germaine Marine and will be at NO COST to owners and family. All boat owners who have brought their boat to the event will need to check in with a coordinator at 5:30 P.M to have your name added to the hat (1 NAME PER BOAT). Raffle will begin promptly at 6:00 P.M. Please understand – we are still working DAILY on adding more sponsors and more raffle prizes. If we are able to obtain prizes for every Tige boat owner (regardless if they brought their boat or not), we will open the raffle up to those attendees as well.
Saturday Evening Surf Session - After dinner and the raffle, around 9:00 p.m. there will be a boat or two leaving for an evening surf session (weather dependent).
***Sunday***- ALL OWNERS ARE REQUESTED TO MEET AT THE DOCK WITH THEIR BOATS AND THE PRIZES THEY WON FOR A PHOTO SESSION WITH JENN (OUR EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER) AT 9:00 A.M. THIS IS IMPAIRATIVE!!!! WE NEED TO SHOW THE SUPPORT TO OUR SPONSORS BY SHOWING WHERE THEIR DONATIONS ARE GOING AND WHO WON THEM. FAILURE TO SHOW UP FOR THIS DOES A HUGE DISCREDIT TO THIS EVENT AND COULD EFFECT OUR POTENTIAL SPONSORS IN THE FUTURE…DON’T BE THAT GUY!
We are truly looking forward to this event and seeing our Tige’ Family again at the reunion. We ask that everyone be safe, be smart, be responsible, and have a good time.
