Deadline for T-Shirt Order is Thursday, August 17th due to the printing. We are waiting on orders from the following folks;

UPDATES:
I hate to start with bad news. Our GREAT friend and long time sponsor Mike and Gina will not be able to attend the event this year. I can honestly say it wont be the same without them there this year.
With that, this has opened up a room. We have 3 people on the waiting list, and 1 already has a fishing cabin. So, here is the plan that has already started and we are working quickly to ensure only Tige Owner gets the room.
Cory (BoatWakes) already has a fishing cabin but with a large crew inbound to the event we are working to upgrade him into the available room.
Jim (Wakeman22) is in need of a fishing cabin, so Cory still has the fishing cabin reserved and has already reserved the available room.
Jim- When you are ready to book, please PM with contact information so we can coordinate with Cory to have him Cancel the fishing cabin and you can pick up the room.
Gil- Your next for upgrade buddy, I haven't forgot about you and family.
As we are 9 week out from the reunion and those paying attention I have been secretly updating the list of sponsors on my original post
. We are confirming more everyday!!
SWAG Bags- EVERY OWNER in attendance will receive a custom event stamped Swag Bag. It could be filled with any manner of products, no 2 will be the same.
SHIRTS-DP can correct me if I am wrong here but I believe we are looking at Aug 24 as the last day for shirt orders/corrections to orders.
FOOD- I haven't heard anything about any food allergies or objections for any reason so we are pushing forward with the food plans of a Taco Bar. Again this will be for everyone involved with the event and will be provided at NO COST by Germaine Marine.
Attendees- These numbers are vital to us a coordinators for several reasons. PLEASE let me know if I missed anyone, or if you are unable to attend. I also have put numbers next to your names based on what I remember from previous years or based on you shirt orders. I need to know how many owners we have for the raffle and swag bags, and how many total in your crew for food preparations. Here is what I have please correct me as necessary:

Well, cats out of the bag i guess.
Yes, its true. Its with a very heavy heart that I have to confirm that the "Thrills" will not be attending the Mead event. Although this decision was made over a short time period, a lot of thought went into it. Given some recent developments and the current atmosphere, we felt it was best for us to not attend.
We will greatly miss the time with the many friends we have made since the first event in 2006. We will forever be grateful for the tige generosity shown to us, by allowing us to hop on your boats and spend time with you and your friends on YOUR vacation.
We wish all a safe and happy trip and wish the event continued success in the future.
On the bright side, we get one extra day in Vegas and head out one day early to the Grand Canyon.
