I think you missed what I was saying.... No owner is lying, but what is their reference point? Catch my drift?

I can get deeper into this and we should, when we are alone where no one can get pissed at my take on some of the products on the market. This isnt the place for that unfortunately.

My parting word on the subject is, It's all a gamble like Bakes said, with older boats being on the lower odds side of the equation.

His answers were on that list that I just gave. I actually extrapolated from the F-22 suggestion, because I have a big family, and got the F 24.

Well I see your angle, but I must couple that with my real world data. I have a GSA F24--no secret. I have been on a Ragboy'd RZX, Z3 both types, G23, X30 Gen2 , SE450 and surfed them all. Which wave is strongest? Mine. So, I am naturally a believer. Then, when I chat with the owner of GSA and tell him my experience, then follow up with this question: "if you could buy any hull under 60K and fit with GSA, what would you buy" and his short list of hulls does not include mine, I have no reason to not believe him. Perhaps he is full of malarkey? He has already sold me a system at that point, and the users that have a system on those boats say they're tickled pink.

I will really get a taste here in a week or two, an acquaintance has fitted an older x30 with GSA and wants me to help tweak. If his boat is strong like mine, then what gives? The hulls are both old, shaped very differently. If his wave sucks, then we have our answer. I was lucky as hell with GSA. I really don't know how it will end up. It will be fun to see.

I would not worry about hijacking a 22 page thread of complete randomness, its a melting pot. Right UNSTUCK?

Agreed, the interior F and F on Moomba is not anywhere close. Have to go Supra to get close.

I think its a gamble and thats the extent of my opinion....

On a side note, you went out on rags rzx3 or someone who he helped?

Not Rag's, rather one set up identically via MANY chats with Rag. That boat was not easy to set up properly. Thankfully Rag was willing to help.

I will see your "gamble" comment and raise you this: even factory boats are gambles. But, at least you could demo them and choose not to buy one.

In the end, I guess if UNSTUCK buys an F24, I can help him and he can trust me. Maybe that the extent of my opinion, too.....LOL!

But for now I do believe Ryan's claims of excellence on X30, 23LSV, X45, F22.

Also, I would recommend seeking out the other 24Ve GSA boats that you know of and get all the knowledge you can! Or maybe German needs to!

And if he needs to sell the system after all the dust settles, I will absolutely buy it if its discounted.

German has done his due diligence, I think thats what I have been trying to convey lol. Not my place to get into it but lets see how how his whole situation plays out.

If you want my exact opinion on hulls here it is... Not one is exactly the same. Rags was an early boat, maybe it had a smidge more hook out of the mold, maybe not. Maybe the same could be said of my boat.

"His" Rzx3 throws the biggest wave of any boat I have ever seen.....

I also believe that when it comes to set up you can give the keys to the car to someone and like you know its still going to need that deft touch. Its a feel thing, some have it some dont... Settings the same or not, boats not being exactly equal need subtle differences boat to boat

That's too bad if the wave isn't there. My ultra ballasted 24Ve wave was incredibly good, but not very comparable to the one I have now.

Sounds like his listed wave is better than his tabbed. That sucks! Then something is bunk about that hull, and whoever has a 24Ve with GSA and is happy with it must not know what a good wave is like! Poor people!

It would be hilarious to have you surf my wave and you say "dude, this wave blows ***" LOL. Who knows, maybe it does?

I'd bet thegrman needs to tweak the mounting points of the GSA tabs. There are so many variables involved with mounting tabs to shape a wave. If the boat has a nice listed wave, and I know it does, it just takes time to tweak the mounting and settings of the tabs to find that sweet spot.
