But you got a really good point on the "people" on the boat. MB offer more space due to the design and a tige is more sensitive to weight places.

Best boat for 70K, primarily surfing, needs to be large enough for a crowd.
I would be hard pressed not to search for a gently used Z3. Could not go wrong there. Put a suck gate on it and I bet it would perform very well. A 3-5 year old Malibu 247 could probably be had in that range too.
When I was boat shopping, I talked to the MB guys in Provo a year ago and I was told it was 89K (don't remember which model), but it seemed way high, especially compared to an A24 Axis. It made me not to even want to start negotiating. Just my experience.Be excellent to one another.

For a crowd, the Z3 is not any too big. They're sweet boats, just not massive inside for a 23 footer.
I don't think Unstuck looking for a suckgate type of setup. He wants to take a step up in the world of surfing.
That's why I suggested a $50-55k 2014 F22 and add GSA. That setup would be darn hard to beat for the money.
All my opinion, and could be worth what I am charging for it [emoji23][emoji23].

Very small crappy snippet. Here is the deal, I am in the video--and am 6'3"+ and 230 lbs. We were lining up to try to go around a buoy (failed). That is a 4'10" RacerX board from Chaos.
No shredding, but really get a look at wave and shape.
The still pics above are normal guys, 5'11" to 6'--I am in the last sideways pic.
I know pics are hard to offer as proof. I don't know any trick camera angles or anything. In fact, we rarely take pics or videos of the adults for sure. We just ride. However, regardless of what you see, this wave is just damn strong. And that's with a dialed RZX at our disposal any time, so we aren't riding chump waves!
For $60K, this setup is a gold medal setup. Give me 2X that money, and I would likely get an RZX2 just because I think it looks badass. But bang for buck of this setup is OFF THE CHARTS.Last edited by dakota4ce; 11-22-2016, 11:55 PM.Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like bananas!
