Someone gave out this tip a year or so ago, and it really helps a lot for lining the boat up with the trailer.
Stand up in the center of the boat, with your right hand on the wheel. That way your head is lined up with the center of the bow, making it easier to line up with the trailer.
The boat should be just above idle speed, allowing you to drive right on the trailer without making adjustments.
