Went out last weekend. Water temp in Dallas was still 78. We have another good 4-5 weeks I hope.

My boat is still on the lift however it hasn't moved for a month or so... between working 6 days a week during the day and harvest after my 8 to 5 I haven't had a lot of time to get out but it has been on my mind! NW Iowa...

I couldn't believe it but we were out in 80+degree weather here in Ohio last week....My 3 yr old son got up on the surf board with for the first time and loved it!

Just dropped the boat off yesterday for the 20 hr insp. and winterizing

I'm hoping to get out once more this month but if the weather keeps up the way it's going I'll be done for. Seems as if it's only nice when I can't go. Latest I've ever been is the 3rd week of October so I'm down to the wire anyway.

The weather has been horrible on the island too. We were waiting for a week for the rain to stop so we could get the boat from the coveted slip to the garage.

Our family is still out. We had extended family out this past weekend. Our plan is for my son and I to be out as long as we can, ie January, February is weather allows. My son wants to ski competitively this next year and he is just now got doubles down and is trying to stay up on slalom.
