I have a 21v with a 4 blade prop 14x18 and to boot 2 of the 4 paddles are bent. I know it is the wrong prop for the boat and have ordered an Acme 525 3 blade. My question is because of wrong prop and being bent will that cause the PP not to hold well. Or could it possibly be my perfect pass. I rec. had the servo motor replaced so I don't believe its the PP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perfect Pass not holding, prop bent?

If the PP sets & Tries to hold, I would replace the prop first, and test the PP again.
Are the engine RPM's increasing while the boat speed stays steady or slows (W/ PP on)? A bent prop could cause enough cavatation that the prop is just 'pushin air'

There's always going to be an issue in turns because of the location of the paddle wheel...not much you can do about that.Cursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."

PP and Props
It could certainly be the prop. This June I had a Michigan Wheel on my 22i as a temporary fix. It was pitched wrong and as a result I experienced a lot of cavitation out of the hole and on turns. Perfect pass went crazy trying to keep up (I had it set on MPH in wakeboard mode/not RPMs). Changing the prop to an ACME 515 did the trick. Now it tracks within .3 MPH of the setting. I would certainly try the correct prop before messing with perfect pass.
