That is Shell Isle near the mouth of Tampa Bay on the Gulf Coast. The threat of thunderstorms was keeping most of the people away that day, which made for a pretty picture, but sometimes it will fill-up like party cove on Lake of the Ozarks (I have family in Misery;-).

My wife's Aunt and Uncle have a lake house at Laurie, near Mile Marker 8 I think.
