ok, any help is appreciated. Speedo (both on tige touch and analog) don't start reading til about 20mph........so almost 20mph off. I've cleared the speedo wheel of debree from bottom.......all else (water temp, air temp, rpm, etc) is good. any help is appreciated as it is frustrating.

Agree it sounds mechanical. Might check alignment with keel; if the body spun a bit, it might cause an offset effect like that.Comment
