Reattaching chrome instrument cluster bezels

As you can see from the photo, the bezels have come off the instruments. How do people re attach them?

How did you get them off? I've been trying to remove mine to refinish them.

I did not physically remove them. The first one came off probable 2 years ago, not they are all off. I don't know whether they just clip back in or they were glued to start with.
Do I disconnect the wiring and pull the gauge out, re-attach the bezel and refit the gauge?
