So my vinyl was perfect on my 13 R20, leave the cover off ONE NIGHT and those damn rats of the sea coated it. I've used a couple mild cleaners and it just won't take off the yellow spots. Any suggestions on what I should use to scrub and what cleaner to use? I could see if the crap sat there for a couple weeks but one night and it stains?

I swear by Boat Bling's Vinyl Sauce and a Soft scrub brush... Some people will use 303 protectant as well after a good cleaning.. In the seams I follow with a spray bottle with just water to make sure no chemicals are left behind.. No matter how safe a product says it is.. I don't trust 'em.. lol

Interiors starts on page 7-3 and 7-4 even has a listing for bird droppings :-)
Page 7-5 lists the stuff that's safe and the stuff that's NOT safe.
Good luck

One of my friends reside near the coastline and Seagulls are the major problem there. They are popularly known as "dumpster diving" bird. Seagulls landed into his boat and leave their droppings behind, which creates even more trouble. It ruined the boat finish and building materials. He decided to consult the pest control Dixon CA to lend him a helping hand. They instructed him to use birds spiders and special boat bases which allow you to use the spider on masts, canvas covers, and Biminis. A solar bird repeller is a great product to use on canvas covers, Biminis and boat decks. Lastly, always take the preventive measures!
