15 year old graphics removed... Tigé Chromax? What's your thought?

    All,

So I had a few beers and decided that I didn't want those old Tigé decals on my boat anymore.. Felt like they were dating the boat too much and I am not on the market for a new boat so why not just give mine a face lift instead?

I really like the way it came out and am torn whether or not I want to add the Tigé Chromax ones... What do you guys think?

Oh, and I FINALLY put the registration on properly.... It was above the rub rail before.. I didn't care at the time and needed reg numbers on ASAP... Also, the boat owner before me had them on top and I just put them there following suit.

Please give me some ideas... You can see some of the old decal still but I plan on putting a little wax to it and seeing if I can blend it some. If you have pointers on that feel free to chime in as well.

    Last Night...

    This morning...

I really love that clean look. Mine are just now starting to peel at the edges. I will probably follow suit this comong spring when I prep the boat for the new season.

Not sure if I will go with any thing or not.

Of course I will probably put it out to the members for suggestions.

Nice clean look. I would add the Tige Chromax if it were mine.

I am not sure there is a great way with decals as old as mine were... I used a really dull razor blade.. One of those plastic ones might have been safer...Anyhow, probably took about 4-5 hours overall.. I have a heat gun and though about hitting the side of the boat before trying to pull it up but it was coming off okay.. So I just kept at it with the razor blade.. Maybe I got lucky though..

Thinking about it! Def thinking about it! Really want a paint job or a wrap though... Might just leave it naked for a bit...
