What is the secret to getting the suction cups to stay on. I have a 12 RZ2 and put it just below the Tigers decals. Sticks fine but once we get up to 11 mph the suction cups won't hold

Which handle are you using? The black plastic one or the metal aluminum one?
Maybe try running it in the reverse direction?

For the R20 folks ... I finally got on the water y-day with my M Delta. It took me a few tries but had a great wave in the end. I have upgraded 1,000# sacks in the rear lockers and 300# of lead up front (half in storage in front of driver and half in same spot on opposite side). Front sacks are factory and were full. I surf reg. surf side rear was 100% and non-surf side was ~80%. Wife and two young kids in the boat. Delta was set up with plate forward, all the way back on the boat and ABOVE the chine (gate did nothing for me below the chine). I was worried it would pop off because the hull is curved, but I never had an issue. 10.4 mph and TAPS on 4. Waver was very long ... compared well with a Z1 with Taps 3 I surfed earlier this summer. Tons of push (I'm 225 lbs on a skim board and felt like I was a mile back from the boat at times). Wave is less steep than with listed boat but like I said, very long and lots to work with .... also felt very friendly / forgiving and I imagine beginners will do better with it comp to my listed wave. Wife said boat felt very heavy, I said, "duh, honey."

What did you use or where did you get the 1000# bags???
My boat could really use them

Went out a few days ago and put the shaper on lower-- flatter surface. Didn't come off once and what a difference. Tons of push and clean. Loved it. Both sides were excellent. Just need to fine tune ballasts a bit
