    wave is not clean?

Hi. i have a 2014 RZR. Its been great however over the past few rides the wave for surfing is not clean anymore. There is a lot of whitewater closest to the swim platform. I have been using the same setting as before. any ideas?

Are you experiencing this on both sides?

Has the weight changed inside the boat people wise? If not have you checked to make sure that the bags are actually filling correctly? Pinched, Air etc?

good question. the left side is the side I ride on. I haven't checked the other side lately but it is not as nice of a wave in the first place. I'll definitely check it tomorrow when I am out.

Just check to make sure bags are filling completely. This might be kind of stupid, but were you at the right speed? You could be having speed set problems. The last thing I could think of would be your trim tab, is it still mounted correctly and moving?
If you could take some pics that would be great

Also, are you filling them to full or going off the timers.... if you are going off the timers I would fill all and make sure somewhere along the way the timer length didnt get adjusted. Fill all until they overflow and see how close the timer is. You will also know just how the full bags are getting as well. Once they are full, drop the weight to your settings and re check. If its still screwy then you can eliminate all of those issues in one fail swoop.

              Next would be speedset.......

What is the water depth wear you are surfing?

If less than 25 feet deep the botom contours of the lake/river can mess with the wave.

I would confirm that the ballast is filling to the desired amount as opposed to just monitoring the gauges. Also, want to make sure there is no passive draining after surfing for awhile.

Thank you all so much for the information. I will take all the advice and try to get this worked out over the next few rides.

You should just jump in your neighbours boat and enjoy the ride... :P

. I think it may have been the speedset. it would say about 10.6mph but was actually around 11. When I slowed down to about 9.4 the wave looked really nice. Thanks!

Thanks for your help. I did all of those and I think it was the speedset. Much appreciated !

make sure you check that the opposite side is drained or that you haven't added significant weight to that side. When my wave gets dirty, it is always because I didn't drain the off side enough.
