Tige' | Thank You For your support and friendship ! #Tigelove
Just wanted to make mention of the incredible support and hospitality I have received from Tige'. What a great company to work with!
A few months ago our family decided we were going to embark on a new adventure of wakesurfing and wakeboarding....the real way...
For the last couple years our 4 young kids 12 and under have learned to wakeboard behind our TriToon. After the early stages of learning to surf on our friend/neighbors Tow Boat we realized the TriToon wasn't going to suit our activity needs any longer.
I researched the different "Tow Boats" for a few months. Tige' rose to the top for many reasons that fit my criteria but I still needed more answers to questions that I had as currently Tige's presence in my area is relatively low. (were going to help change that!!) In addition to the dealers support, I also reached out to the Regional Sale Manager that I had met at the Boat Show to help with those answers. Immediately, I felt like I was top priority for him. He answered all my questions with factual experience based answers, assisted in selecting the right boat/hull for my families desires, options and offering guidance on things I might have overlooked and began the boat building process.
Finally, last weekend I was brought down to the factory from MI for a plant tour (that summary will be in a separate post), to see our completed boat and to meet some of the great people that help build the boats and run the daily operations. What a great experience! The employees could not have been nicer! Everyone that we met from people in the factory to those in the office, was friendly and helpful from the time we got there to the time we left. When, of coarse, we were able to grab some Tige' swag before we left!
However, I wasn't left to exit alone or to find my way to the door. I was guided there by a great group of people that helpd conclude our visit. As we walked out the front door I looked back into the lobby and saw everyone saying goodbye. I couldn't help to reflect that a few months ago I started this adventure alone with little to no knowledge on what I was getting in to and now I knew I had a whole company supporting my family and their many years of enjoyment!
We now have our Tige' Z3 at home on the lake and have used it every day since it arrived. Our family is really excited to have it home and even more excited to know we have purchased from a great company that treats their customers very well!
