    Dale Hallow Lake

    Edit: Hollow Lake....

So we are tagging along with my brother's in-laws to Dale Hallow this year. Any recommended things to do besides enjoy the boat? Any places on water that people recommend? They have been going for 20+ years so I'm sure they will have a good insight on what to do but it's always good to ask around in case we want to break away for an evening...

Does anybody know if any of the marinas/shops rent/demo surf boards? Been looking at getting a new one but I would love to try a couple out before pulling the trigger...

Do you know what part of the lake you are staying? Renting a cabin or houseboat? There's not much else around the area that I know of other than being on the water. I usually go to Lake Cumberland with a friend having a place there. Dale Hollow is definitely nice.

There's not any houses with slips on the water, so be prepared to put your boat in and out, leave it at the marina or tied up to the houseboat.

Mitchell Creek is a good area to ride. Sunset Marina is probably one of the biggest on the lake. Willow Grove may rent boards.
