Exhaust Outlet sizing

I am trying to compile some data on the exhaust outlet size of different years and engine combinations.

If some of you are able to measure yours please do so and post it here. Info needed is below.

Year and Model of boat.
Size engine in horse power.
Dual or single exhaust outlets.
Inside diameter at the outlet.

Ive got a 2004 switch i with a marine power 6.0l and dual 4 inch exhaust, what is your interest in the exhaust , just curious?
