Screwed up seadek while surfing.

The end of the summer last year my buddy bought up the idea of starting off the swim plate form. Well we did it everything worked great, I got back on the boat and noticed that I screwed up the seadek pad. I forgot that I had the front fin on my surf boat and when starting, I dragged it across the top ripping it. Im curious if you guys have any idea of how I can fix it/ make it look better. Short of ripping the whole thing off.

Prolly gonna have to take the whole thing off. That's yet another great example why everyone deep water starts on my boat .

Pour superglue into the cracks and push it back together. Use a pick as needed to move the bigger cuts around to fill in gaps.
