WIND JAMMER IN 30 MIN FOR $50

Threw this together today in about a half hour. Hope it will make those cool mornings and evenings a little more comfortable. All the parts were purchased at Home Depot. The track is a wire channel found in the electrical dept. The channels are mounted with 3M tape and lined with general house hold weather strip. image1.jpgimage2.jpgimage3.jpgimage4.jpgimage5.jpgimage6.jpgimage7.jpg

If you run a propane or butane torch a round the edges it will get rid of the sharp edges and help prevent it from cracking.

Thanks for the tip. I did knock the edges down with a file.

Are you talking about doing this to the glass or the channel?

I was talking about the plexiglass, but make sure you use a clean flame. Dont use a lighter. A lighter will leave black smoke marks. You want to only heat the edg and only to the point to ware it stars to get soft. You DO NOTwant to melt it.
