    Seeking refuge in Las Vegas

So I'm driving down from Reno to Parker Az this weekend to buy a Tige. I'm trying to do it on the cheap and don't really want to do the 10hr drive on back to back days with a purchase and lake test in between so I'm looking for a place to stay in the general Las Vegas area. I figure I can just tent camp somewhere Friday and Saturday night. My loose plan so far is to camp at Boulder Beach just outside of Boulder City and drive down to Parker and then back to Boulder Beach with the boat on Saturday and then head back to Reno on Sunday. This will split up the 20hrs of driving into 3 days of fairly even 6 or so hr drives and give me time to do a proper water test and purchase.

My question is Boulder Beach. Is it ok? Is there anywhere else any of you locals in that neck of the woods (or desert as it were) can recommend?
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

Stayed at Boulder beach years and years ago, pretty nice lots of shade if tent camping. Unfortunately my house isn't done yet in bullhead otherwise i would have a comfy room and garage parking for your new baby. If you can wait till June LOL..image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

My life's journey is not ending up looking pretty, its sliding in broadside, used up, worn out, screaming "What a Ride"

Sick dude. Nice garage. Can't wait 'till June though.

FYI, not gonna be my baby. At least not this summer.

There is a fairly inexpensive hotel casino on the way.
