    2004 Lenco Actuator Replacement

    Hey Guys,

I called Lenco and they did not know which Actuator I needed. Does anyone know which actuator I would need for my 2004 Tige 24V with Lenco Taps (it was not a Bennet in 2004)?

    Thanks,
    Steve

Emailed Tige after posting this.... talk about a quick reply.

Tige’s part number is A1560. Lenco’s part number is 20402-001

Some more updates in case anyone else ends up looking for it:
The actuator type is a 101XDS
      OEM Part #20402-001
Cross Reference for Lenco Aftermarket Part # 15057-001

Best price I found was here:

I have bought stuff from them before.

Tige has never steered me wrong before but either my boat came with a different one or the previous owner replaced it but mine based on measurements is the 102 Xd one.......

I don't know if this is related, but... a few years back Lenco had to redesign a bit because their motor vendor changed their motors. I don't know if this affected their mechanical dimensions or not, but it definitely caused problems on the electrical side! I would have expected Lenco to match their existing overall length, extension, etc. numbers and only alter the motor housing area, but you never know. My point is that if you're on the opposite side of that redesign, cross referencing might get a little wonky.

Uh oh..... The dimensions from the part cross reference did not match. I used a tape measure to verify the dimensions were correct on the one I bought. Any idea if electrically this one would not work for me with the existing taps gauge and control box ? New one is also a 4" stroke vs 2.25" stroke. Electrically, the "wrong (short)" one worked as I hooked it up, verified it worked, sealed the hull then realized it wouldn't reach the taps plate

I guess the other option would be to move the actuator mount location or extend the mount on the plate to put it in the correct spot........

Confirmed with Lenco. Its the 101 Standard NOT the part cross reference they gave me. Visually its looks similar. The measurements are slightly different but it is the 2.25" stroke not the 4" stroke I need. (the slightly different measurement could very likely be user error---me).
