    01 2100V Seating Capacity

Does anyone know what the seating capacity is on this boat? I can't find the plaque?? Isn't it usually next to the throttle?

So what does that mean legally? I'm I legal with 12 as long as I have 12 vests?

My current boat doesn't have the badge, but I have a friend on the local water patrol and when I showed him my first Tige 10 years ago, the first thing he did was pull the capacity badge off... He said just have a jacket for everybody onboard and don't be stupid about it..

Official Capacity is 11, you are required to have at least 1 vest per passenger. HOWEVER, they sometimes have a max weight capacity, which I would venture to say that 100% of us that run surf ballast are exceeding that. Even heard a few stories of guys getting a heavy ticket for running surf ballast.

Most patrols around here watch the rub rail far as ballast goes. But they tend to leave a newer boat alone and go for the older boats (unless your doing something stupid). Guess they figure the newer ones will have all the required equipment and the older ones wont.
