Hi guys. Right now my boat is tucked away in storage so its a little difficult for me to get the measurement I need. This is whats going on.
I'm putting an offer in on a new house. I have a 2006 22ve and I want the boat to fit into the garage in said house. There are 2 single wide doors into a pretty large garage. They are 8' high and I know my boat folds down to 7'1" so I know I will have plenty of room with the height. The doors are 9' wide though. I know the boat trailer at the widest point (outside of fender to outside of fender) is exactly 8.5' wide. In theory the boat should fit.
Can someone who has a 22ve handy just take a peek at their boat and tell me if the sides of the boat extend past the outside of the fenders at all? I'm thinking the guide posts on the rear will extend out wider than this but they can be easily lifted off prior to backing into the garage. 3" of room on either side seems like I'm cutting it extremely close. Thoughts on this?
