    Flip-up bow light???

Anybody out there have any experience, good or bad, with the flip-up bow lights??? My '05 22v has the bubble light on the front and I hate it! I love the look of the shark eye nav lights but there is already a hole in my bow. I thought about getting it filled but figured if I went with one of these that would take care of my bubble light and I could put in some docking lights...since I have the switch waiting for some lights and all:-)

The 1st one looks the best. I also think it's the same one they use on the Malibu 23 LSV.

Do you have to flip them up or do they pop up automatically when you turn them on?

If I remember right dog, they just flipped up on their own, the standard tige ones that is. But mine got stuck in the up position.

My dealer wouldn't let me get the light on my 05, he said he'd worked too hard on the one on our 03!

So we got the side marker lights (shark eye) after testing the dock lights there and findng that they did little or no good.

The two that I put in my first post are manual, you have to rotate them around. The only auto ones I found don't flip but extend straight up, like a car antenna. Since I am mostly running in salt water, I don't want to deal with yet another maintenance item. I have found some good things about the second one since that is the one that a lot of flats fishing boats use here in Florida.
