Unless Ronix has made some revisions lately, these sacs were limited in threaded ports, making them less than ideal for plumbing in.

SETUP - I use these bags. I have the 400# bag i put in the walk way of the bow, two 800# bags (one for each rear locker). I use two 3700GPH pumps to fill them. The only problem i have with them is the zippers leak, even with the water proofing gel they include.

WORK AROUND - So what i do is pull the telescoping portion of the bag up and out and leave the zipper cracked to vent the bag. Then fill the bags to the bottom of the telescope and zip it shut. The trapped air in the telescope keeps it above the water level.

CAUTION - Make sure you read the specs on the pumps because i think the 3700GPH pumps were only good on 2012's or newer. However, mine is a 2001 21V and i run them directly from the battery and it works fine. The first time i ran it off the boats 12v system and melted the fuse. Regardless, after filling the three bags the outlet on the pump was SO HOT i burned myself

PERFORMANCE - They fill fast. However, in my setup, i was filling them by myself and i had to move all the gear out of each rear locker while i filled them. By the time i was finished filling them it was problably 6's versus a plumbed system. if you had a partner that could help fill it would go much faster.

This has been a good system in the interim and at potentially a reduced price compared to a plumbed system. However, on my next boat i will be looking for a plumbed system.

I have this exact bag and pump setup currently. I used it last year in my rear lockers on my 06 24ve and it fit pretty well. I ran it as an inexpensive manual fill system. It fills quick and drains quick. I had no issues with quality of the product. I am actually planning on selling them since I have purchased a Z3 with integrated ballast. Message me if you're interested.
