With the benefit of a good night's sleep I see my earlier thread was inappropriate. Brennan, please accept this public apology; I have deleted the thread so it doesn't "spread". Everyone else, I am intentionally not mentioning the thread's contents, please don't ask.

Brennan has reached out to me immediately and I'm confident we'll resolve the problem. Again, sorry. It caught me at a bad time but I shouldn't have overreacted.

I appreciate the sarcasm, but it was entirely out of character for me. I hold myself to a higher standard than that. It won't happen again!
