I would be in, but you guys are too late! I ordered mine back in December and got a pretty good year end discount. I ordered the fairly new system which attaches via the bolt pattern for the taps plate hinge. I don't have it installed yet but will post pictures once I do.

Killerbren - I'm intrigued by this taps plate bolt mounted version... I can't find it anywhere on their site.. Did you find it on their page or call and somebody told you about it. I'd really like to see how this works. I'm assuming it does away with the uprights to the swim platform, which I think would make the install look a ton cleaner.

That's pretty cool. The only plate style mount I could find on their page was for the fixed trim plates... This must be an adaptation of that.. They probably came up with it for mounting to boats with the VX and realized it could work on any boat

I would check to see if the wake9 taps plate is any larger than stock. If it is any longer it would interfere with the FAE.

What would wake9 have to do with any of this? Each FAE is hand built off of the customers specs. If it doesn't fit it's because the customer can't read a tape measure.
