Yeah i have power to all relays but do not know which one is the fuel pump relay. Unfortunately I'm pretty much stuck without a wiring diagram

Have you tested the kill switch?

Update figured out which one is the pump relay, took a wire jumped across and the pump started working. Replaced the relay but still will not turn on

When you turn the key on do the gauges move?

The gauges work, found a PCM MEIF manual it says the ecm turns on the relay. I guess by grounding it, checked all grounds, kill switch seems to be working properly. Starting to lean towards a bad ECM. They want over $1000 for a new one

I would quadruple check what Lee says about the kill switch. I would also electrically check the neutral wire thing. If it's NOT in neutral it won't start. Some people wire the kill switch backwards, I think talltige guy was one of them. So removing the kill switch started the boat.

Heres the thing, there may be a reason why the relay is not energized by the ECM. The main reason is not RPM from the engine. Logic is, if the engine is not spinning, fuel is not needed. ECM may not know the engine is spinning as in no ignition feedback.

Power as in B+? and to what terminals? There will be supply that goes on to the pumps but there should also be a B+ trigger from the ECM.

What are you thinking it could be. I never had any problems until pulling it out of winter storage.

Need to iso;ate which relay is for the pump(s). Then test each terminal for what should be there. Then trace it back. If the relay is not getting triggered, its either an ECM problem or the ECM does nto see ignition RPM.

I located the fuel pump relay and jumped from hot wire to the fuel pump bypassing the ecm and the fuel pump turned on. Tried a new relay and no luck. So like you said the ECM is not energizing the relay

It could also be the trigger wire going from the ECM to the relay. I would also check the plug connections at all points to make sure they are clean and good contact is being made. Question. Is the trigger wire for the relay a B+ or B- ? I thought the trigger is a negative. As chpthrl says it could be in your negative battery circuit. Also do you have a Perko switch? Is it on? One question I have not seen answered is does the engine turn over with the key? I would keep troubleshooting before I would replace the ECM.

You're getting closer but you need to reread my last post. I'm pretty sure you should ha e two hot wires at the relay with the key on. Do you?

I found a MEFI diagnostic manual. Going to do some more troubleshooting tomorrow. In the manual it requires a scan tool to check the circuit between ECM and relay by turning it on for two seconds and the test lamp should light up. But I do not have this magical tool.
