We just installed a 460 in our 2004 switch I , this boat came originally equiped with the Marine Power 6.0l , we had 2500 hrs on it , this 460 motor is unbelievable , the torque is very linear and responds with ease with any load that we pull.
This boat is our Tampa bay Ski Team boat and we pull 7 man barfoot, 13 to 15 girl ballet line , 9 man wrap, and 5 jumpers, 3 trio lines of up to 1500lbs off the dock and 450 lbs of passengers , we are going to push the envelope and see what she maxes out at.

No we have a seastar with cable for trans shift but pps for drive by wire , sensor is mounted to shifter.
