You seem to have built yourself right out of your own thread... You no longer have an outdoor storage issue..

Very nice! We start construction on our new shop in a couple weeks. We decided to go with a 30X40. I can't wait to get it out boat storage and at home.

My boat sat outside for one summer 3 years ago when we moved to a new location. It killed me because my boat has been garage kept since new. But my cover has support poles that go high enough to keep water out of the boat. In the mean time I built a 28' wide X 32' deep pole barn style garage right over the dirt and added stone floor. 2- 10' high X 12' wide doors worked perfect for truck and boat. I did not want to have to worry about lowering tower every time I come home. Boat stays in garage permanently. I paid about $15,000 mine. I planned on concrete floor but we got pregnant with our second boy and I haven't done much more to garage after that. I got a jet heater so I can still take the chill out of the air work out there in the winter.
