Having a vent or pull out hot tube in the walkway is very common

I have a circ pump at heater crafts recommendation because it's tough to install the core lower than the antifreeze reservoir. The pump solves that problem plus you get low idle heat. I also have one of the pricey heater blankets from bakes. Everyone LOVES the blanket. The heater tube plugs in and fills between two layers hot air. Works VERY well. A buddy made his own and it works well too.

Just seen a advertisement on facebook from heatercraft for 20% off. Use the promo code FB20. I tested it and it works.

I installed one on my 22v that was plumbed in to the hot water off the engine and it didnt heat very well at idle. if you go the engine going like surf speed rpm it did fine. On that application i would recommend a circulating pump. The rz4 i have now has a closed cooling system on the engine and the 3 port heater is plumbed in to the antifreeze without a circulating pump. It does much better heating at idle so i would say its not necessary. My heater is in front of the driver 2/3 of the way up so its higher than the engine but still heats great at idle.

Which heatercraft model would be suggested for an '09 22ve? I think the 3000 pro would work fine. I'm not sure if mounting in front of driver, or on port side in storage area or cooler area would work the best... suggestions on that would also be great!

I have two pullouts in the walk way then two under the drivers kick panel. One pullout and one is fixed. They work awesome, even at idle. I have a 180 degree thermostat though and the Y attachment into the hoses. I think it pulls better with the Y. The heater is one of the greatest mods you can do to a boat. At least when it's cold at night or early season.

In the thread there was a link to this http://www.aptuned.com/250-1870. Easy enough, right?

So my question, I guess, is would seat heaters be a good replacement for the standard heater? I like the idea of not having to have the engine running but I wonder how fast four of them going at once would kill the battery. Anybody have seat heaters?
I did it in my RZR. It worked but if I were to do it again I would have gotten a higher quality one. It got warm but not hot like it des in a car.
