    Surf boards for big units

I'm 125kg (275lbs) and I'm unsure what surf board is the GO for us big units. Anyone about my size and love their board? I'm is OZ so I'll need to have it shipped down here. BTW, it's Summer!

Custom is the only way to go when you are over 250 sadly.. Check out Soulcraft, doomswell

Super jealous of you guys down there surfing and hanging out, while we are all up here freezing watching our favorite lake freeze over. That being said, I am 225 and my dad is 240ish and he rides my Ronix 5'4" (Koal Fish) its a great board I love it for a slow stable cruise down the lake. I would see if RagBoy could chime in he is a bigger guy and see what he rides. Check out Wake9.com might be the best way to get in touch, he doesn't hit the site here to often I don't think.
My life's journey is not ending up looking pretty, its sliding in broadside, used up, worn out, screaming "What a Ride"

If the walker project bazooka board is still available on here, that's the go to performance board for bigger guys for years.

Im 240, and I ended up finding a great deal on a used Inland surfer red rocket. I like the board, great to learn on although not the most responsive. Its definately good enough for my skill level right now. If I wouldn't of found that used board I would of bought a Chaos Ringer XL, (in fact I still will). It is supposed to be a great board for the bigger guys.

Phase 5 has a new board this year for big guys. I think it is called Kong, but don't quote me on it!

Your right, I am not saying it's as cold here as it is there no question. However, when water temps hit 65 I quit. LOL. It has been very very unusually cold here this winter. My home lake doesn't freeze solid, but does get s few inches of ice ontop.

Bassman, we can get you a Ringer XL over to Oz out of the next 2016 batch. I ship lots of boards to Australia/New Zealand. Dealers I have worked with have mostly been in WA and Qld.
You can check it out at:http://shredstixxusa.com/wakesurfboards/chaos-ringer-xl
I have not updated the standard bamboo version for 2016 online yet. It is approximately the same as 2015, newer traction and some refinements that make it even more durable.
It can also be ordered as a custom and built to spec.

                  Nick
