Believe it or not this isn't a scam. This place is an insurance salvage yard. I live close by and I went and looked at a 2009 Tige 22ve not to long ago just because. In that instance, an insurance company had written the whole boat off after a branch broke the windshield frame and Tige no longer made the replacement frame in the original black color. Its amazing what insurance companies do.
Anyhow, water leaking through the swim step is more concerning than a windshield frame so you'll have to do your homework beyond just puling the dipstick, but its a steep discount if all is well.
