    Boat Lift Question

Found a used hydrohoist with 4000lb capacity. Dry weight of my 2015 R20 is 3075lbs.
That leaves me 925lbs to play with but I am not sure if that is still cutting it too close. After fuel and toys I am a bit concerned that 4000lbs is not enough.
    Suggestions?

Dry weight isn't even close. One of the test companies tested an RZR a few years ago with a actual test weight of around 4075 lbs. Your R20 might be a few lbs lighter(lighter tower is it and probably not much), but by the time you add your gear your gonna be over. 5000 lb is minimum.

If your getting a good price it still may be worth getting. You can add a another tank to increase capacity. I have had mine and seen others modified relatively cheap. Call your local hydrohoist dealer or one that has similar style.
