I think keeping a boat dry during storage is the most important thing.

Dry and winterized (in case of freezing temps) but ready to go at a moment's notice. Yes, I'm riding through this winter!

OMG - we had that exact Honda 200 ATV when I was a kid. That thing was a brute.... it could pull a car if you wanted it to. I had the Honda ATC70, but my dad got that bad boy. Man I miss those things.

Should I be convincing my wife we need more boards???
Always try to convince the wife you need more toys, always!!

Should be a lot better than this:

Finally got my baby in to her new home. This project started last January by cutting down some trees. There is still work to be done but the goal of covered storage is now a reality. May we never see snow on those wetsounds again.

BTW these first two images are from my Dropcam. I used it as a backup camera for my first time out. Just sat my phone on the dash as a backup camera screen.

And ya.... The garage ain't quite done yet either.

JMo, looks like you have been a little short on the white stuff this winter as well. Central MN has grass visible in several places and we have melting temps again today. We are loving this global warming, especially after last year.

We haven't had a lot of snow, but we also haven't had many of the "chinook" weather swings either. A chinook is when it swings up about 20 degrees C. We had our first one last week and that eradicated what little snow we did have. It also made the alley a skating rink. Really hard to get the trailer in as a result. Took me about 5 minutes of screwing around to get up the momentum.

Last year was crazy here. The ground was thawed in March. I was digging holes in the yard the first week of March. The previous year I had trouble digging fence holes on the 2nd of May. I know folks in BC were surfing in early April.

HAHAHAh I learned how to ride that ATC when I was 5 years old. No clutch and all the gears are down!

                                My grandfather bought it new!
