Now after having this prop on have you noticed any difference in fuel consumtion? My assumption is that when you turn more RPM at WOT then you will burn more gas. Are you turning more or less RPM while towing and crusing?

2000 21v riders edition
i just bought the acme 13.5x16 to replace the factory 14x18 or maybe it was the 13.5 x 17.5 (i think thats what they told me factory was) i took it out tonight getting ready for long weekend at table rock lake, just me and my 4 yr old daughter in boat and i was hitting the rev limiter, any thoughts, should i take the prop off b4 i damage it and can't send back or do you think once i get the boat loaded with people i will be ok........does anyone else keep a prop on that is to low of pitch with only one person and just make sure and idle back or do you think that is a bad thing.......definately had better hole shot and i care nothing about top end, wakeboard most of time and tube a little

I haven't noticed a real big difference. Maybe using a little more fuel, but nothing to right home about. The really runs sweet though. This last weekend I pulled the three majors, ski, board, and surf, and the prop perfomed excellent in all three. The slalom wake are much softer (WooHoo) and the boat has me up on the ski instantly. Finally, I can keep my hair dry while skiing. The boarding wakes were a tick softer but a bit cleaner. A comprimise I happy with as I'm just a Weekend Wally Wakeboarder anyways. My surf wake was badazz. Super clean, hip highs with a big thick curl 12-15 ft back. At 190lbs, I was able to ride my wifes Phase 5 Icon. The thing is tiny and I was able stick some fatty lip slides, a few ollies, spine transfers all day long, and a few 180 to revert(?). Full 180 and then back 180 the opposite direction to end up forward again. It's a fun little board. I'm real big on the hard edged pin tail. But I digress, back to the prop. Cruising is also greatly improved. Super smooth acceeration and excellent speed holding across the board.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.
