Finally! Managed to get the OJ off and the new Acme on last night. What a bear. Camera battery died so I wasn't able to get and pics with it on but I did get a prop comparison photo in.
I was originally supposed to be out on the boat today but the planets just weren't aligned quite right. I'm sure I'll get a the chance in the next two days.
The guy I bought my boat from is sending me an extra stainless prop that he didn't use. The one I have on the boat now is a 13x12.5 CVP 1 1/8 bore. That is all I could get off it. How can you tell the cup?

I dinged my prop up last weekend.
That was me and yes it got lost. I bought the Acme 525. I saw a 3-5 sec improvement to plane, depending on load (the heavier, the bigger the improvement) and I picked up a mile or two on the top end.
I also noticed that during my holeshot, my max RPMs dropped from 3300 to 2500, which leads me to believe that I'm cavitating less.
I also noticed that my PerfectPass tracked better under heavy load and that my throttle control was much more precise (the two go hand in hand).

I have a 525 on my 20i with the 340 motor. I have always had trouble with throttle control in the 15 - 25 mph range. It is easy to control arount 10 mph (surfing) and around 30 - 34 (slalom). Very hard to hold at wakeboard speeds.
That is why I installed PP, but it seems to have the same problem. We spent over an hour working with CS, KDW, and NN on Saturday and when I was being pulled at 20, the speed was fluctuating about 2 mph.
I would sacrifice some hole shot or top end to get better throttle control.

You presume correct. I'm pretty pleased so far. Those numbers I posted are just guestimates. I don't have any hard data. The mph obviously is going to be a pretty accurate increase but that was achieved with a full 500lb'er in the trunk and four people, although 3 were girls. I have yet to run it through the buoys or tow a serious wake boarder so we'll see how it does as time progresses.
